At Sportdirect, we want to ensure you have the right gear for your performance, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unused equipment and apparel. Items must be in their original packaging with tags attached to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact, and include the printed return slip inside the box.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the equipment for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
